Typical Hampton Inn, with the exception that the manager is completely unresponsive to customer concerns. I had an issue with my invoice that he has yet to respond to me about. I also had an issue with some of my vitamins/supplements missing from my pill keeper. This too, has gone unresolved, even when the hilton help desk got involved. The desk staff were adequate at their jobs. However, staff parked in handicap spots without placards, parked under the canopy for their entire shift instead of in the general parking areas. Breakfast is typical for Hampton Inn, nothing special. I'll definitely find a different Hilton property to stay at during my next visit.

Good location (convenient to freeway) ... BUT location is dated and in the need of updates/remodeling. For example, carpet is stained, etc. Also, King Room had no easy chair (although that was what was shown on my reservation). Overall, sadly somewhat disappointed in the Hampton Inn property.

The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway and close to restaurants. It was a quiet and clean place to rest our heads for the night as we continued on our road trip. Pet friendly accommodations was an added bonus for our family.

Took my reservation and changed it to a king bed despite me having communicated I need two queens. They didn’t let us know., i had to call. We would have shown up at 2am with a king bed for our entire family had I not called. No apologies, no contact from management. Grow a backbone and call people when you screw up their reservation.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great. We did a quick overnight stay with our pups while traveling and they made everything super convenient. They even gave a to-go bag of goodies in the morning.

Good stay overall. We rented a meeting room and had to ask several times to get the garbage emptied. Other than that it was a good experience

Close to where we were working for the week. Breakfast was OK. There was some kind of noise coming from the wall the entire time, on top of that constant noise, for about 2 hours in the morning starting around 4am it sounded like water …

Stayed here back in September 2022. Very nice and simple. Loved it very much! The view we had of the strip was from a distance but at night it was amazing!
